The second half of 2025 focused on execution, iteration, and refinement:
✔️ Company formation as a GmbH
✔️ Launch of a new, repeatedly refined website
✔️ Development of an in-house GRC software platform
The current GRC system already supports ISO 27001 ISMS implementation end to end.
It uses advanced AI-supported workflows to significantly accelerate documentation, risk treatment, and audit preparation, while remaining transparent and controllable.
Parallel to this, several internal systems are being finalized:
- A secure, compliant internal messaging system, designed for structured communication and workflow coordination
- A marketing automation setup, enabling multilingual, scheduled, and channel-specific publishing
This article itself is the first test and proof of concept of that automation pipeline.
A personal milestone
Unrelated to the business — but more important than anything else to the founders — a new chapter has begun.
We, the founders, have become parents to an amazing daughter.
She will quite literally be part of this journey from the very beginning, growing alongside the company as it takes its first real steps.
What is currently in focus
Beyond technology, the priority remains expertise.
The current focus is on completing specialized training and certification programs, ensuring customers are supported not only with tools, but with deep regulatory, technical, and practical knowledge.
In parallel, industry engagement is ramping up:
